Riley

Hi!

My name is Riley and I am moving to work in Dubbo from mid-February 2026. I am very accustomed to both independent and shared living arrangements, having lived in shared housing for over 6 years including purchasing my own property which I currently live in. I am moving to Dubbo to commence work as a lawyer.

I am very social and happy to talk and be involved with others, but also know when people want their own space (including myself). I am well accustomed to the needs others have in shared living, and am very respectful of others property and space.

I am tidy and organised with my own space and always clean up shared spaces. I have lived in several rentals and have always secured my bond back, so I understand the respect one needs for the house and am always willing to clean and maintain the property (lawn mowing etc).

I currently own a house in Broken Hill so I understand the importance of keeping things in working order. I will be working in Dubbo as a lawyer, with standard hours of 8am - 5pm during weekdays.

I’m looking for house mates who are easy going and easy to get along with whilst I’m working in town. I’ve worked in Dubbo numerous times in short stints, so I am familiar with the town.
