I’m looking for a private, self-contained space, like a granny flat, studio, or a room with its own entrance. I want somewhere I can truly feel at home. Having my own space is important to me, but I also value a calm, welcoming environment.

I enjoy keeping my space tidy and decorated so it feels cozy and cared for. I love a good chat and sharing a laugh, but I also really value quiet time. I’m hoping to live independently, though meeting the usual 30% income-for-rent requirement is tricky while I look for work. Rent and bills are always paid reliably, and I take pride in being a considerate, respectful flatmate or tenant.
