My name is Alexander, and I am 21 years old. My partner, Shikara, is also 21, and together we have a beautiful 19-month-old daughter, Kehlani. We also have Shikara’s 11-year-old brother in our full-time care, making us a close and family-oriented household.
I am currently working at Ztown Burgers, where I work six days a week. Since our last conversation, our circumstances have changed significantly. I have now gained stable employment and we have also established over a year of positive private rental history, which we believe demonstrates our reliability and commitment as tenants.
We currently live in Kidman Park in a two-bedroom privately rented home. We have been living there since 29/08/2025 and have consistently paid our $750 weekly rent on time, along with keeping up with our quarterly bills. We take pride in looking after the home we live in and have always made an effort to keep our property clean, tidy and well maintained.
Shikara is currently a stay-at-home mum, dedicating her time to caring for Kehlani, managing our household, cooking and cleaning, while also looking after her younger brother. Once Kehlani is old enough to attend childcare a few days a week, Shikara would love the opportunity to return to the workforce. In the meantime, she receives regular Family Tax Benefit and Parenting Payment.
As a family, we are quiet, respectful, friendly and responsible. Having a stable and secure home is extremely important to us, particularly with our young daughter and younger brother in our care. We are looking for somewhere that we can genuinely feel at home and continue building a stable future for our family.
We would be incredibly grateful for the opportunity to make the beautiful Prospect property our home. We understand the responsibility that comes with renting someone’s property, and if given the opportunity, we would treat the home with the same care, respect and pride that we would our own.
