HIYA!

OVERALL: Single female, 45 years seeking room to rent (temp) or granny flat/studio (perm).

LOCATION: Yeppoon / Rocky region (prefer Yeppoon).

LOOKING FOR: Looking for only a temporary room for roughly 3 months or if there's a granny flat/studio apartment/1bed flat I would be very interested in a lot of term lease.

WORK: I work out in the mines, and my shifts are usually 2:1.

ABOUT ME: I am originally from the region, but moved away ten years ago to Brisbane, but I am now back (permanently) for family commitments.
- I am extremely friendly, my personality it bright and bubbly. I love socialising but also enjoy quiet time so I understand personal space boundaries.
- I am way to clean and tidy - perhaps a little O.C.D. at times, but at least you can count on a mess-free housemate.
- I love being outdoors, and love gardening, almost as much as footy. I'm a very big fan of the Sydney Rooster, so if I'm not watching the footy and having a sneaky beer (or two) I'm usually pottering around the garden on most weekends.
- I do work, out in the mines but I'm currently on leave until beginning of April to get my accomm sorted and loose ends tided up.
- My worst trait would be I'm a smoker, but only outdoors and always away from doorways & people.
- No pets, no kids, and no husbands! It's just little ole ME.....🤗

If you think we'd possibly make good housemates or you have a unit for 1, please get back to me ASAP. I'm currently staying at a friend's, but with their three kids, and her husband and the dog, it's all getting very squishy on that couch lol 😆
