Hey guys my name is Julian 😊

I’m 34yo moving to Bright (or surrounds) to start my new job as a nurse. I will be working 3-4 days a week. When I’m not working I’m either cycling, hiking, paragliding or simply going for a walk/run in nature.

I don’t spend much time at home, especially on my days off. I’m extremely respectful of other people’s space, very tidy and live a minimalistic lifestyle.

I have owned property in the past and value a shared space. I also understand the importance of similar values to create a nice atmosphere for everyone.

I would prefer a 4-6 month lease.
