The quick need to knows:
Im Jacob, im 19 and currently getting a fortnightly job seeker/youthallowence payment plus I work at maccas overnights.
Im good to pay a max of $550 a fortnight for rent plus bills since i need the left over 200 ish to pay for driving lessons and my basic necessities.

I like to keep my space tidy and im good to do my share in chores as long as we all keep up with it.
Im a fairly introverted person usually reading, gaming or sitting outside with a cuppa but will have days where im extroverted, hanging out with mates or whatever.
I like to hang out with my friends (but not usually at home, we go hang at the beach or get coffee at a café, go to the movies or whatnot)
I do NOT smoke and I’m also happy to be around any pets or animals
