I am very clean and tidy, quiet and respectful of others, high integrity, honest and don’t steal or go through other’s belongings/property. I rarely drink, don’t smoke and don’t do drugs.
I retired from the government, as a public servant, 2 years ago and travelled Australia. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to stop travelling and care for my adult daughter and grandson. It’s now time for me to move out and get my own place. I’m an artist and spend some of my spare time painting. I work FT in Wodonga as a Community Support Worker.
I’ve always had a great rental history and cared for others homes very well.
I’m looking for a place where it’s quiet, space to paint (where I can put an average sized table) not on carpet. I am seeking a granny flat or something similar.
