I'm a 45-year-old man who enjoys surfing, art, gardening, gaming, and long walks with my dog.

I work part-time/full-time as a plasterer and prefer living in a cozy granny flat or studio but am open to sharing with the right people.

I have a dog but no kids. My dog does not bark but he is very affectionate and always up for a cuddle. He is well toilet trained also.

My space is clean, tidy and reflects my introverted-extroverted and artistic/green-thumb personality.

Would love a place that has garden beds in need of cultivating.

Party days are well and truly over but I don't mind a dinner and drinks scenario.

I will require a yard with high fences for my dog.

An Art/Creation area would be a major bonus.

Have savings so I am ready to go at a moments notice should the right accommodation present itself.

I am open to team ups and getting a house together. Good rental history.
