Hello,
My name is Daniel. I will be returning to the Coffs region soon after spending some time down in South Australia whilst my father recovered from some surgery, and am looking for a place to call home for 6-12 months while I get myself re established in the region.

I am an avid boogieboarder so i will spend a lot of time on the beach and in the water when the weather and conditions are good, I work out either at home or at the gym, I love to draw and paint and am a creative of sorts, I love walking my best mate Hermes on the beach who is a 1.5 year old male desexed kelpie x blue heeler whom i refer to as "the friendliest dog on the planet". He is currently sharing a backyard with 2 other dogs so he is well socialised and always up for a game of fetch!

I am also a keen gardener and have some beautiful pot plants that are being minded by a dear friend in Sydney that I will fetch after I have found a place and settled into.

At other times I like to spend some time alone gaming either on a board game or on my pc and I'm always up for a social board game night.

I will need a fairly decent sized room and some storage space as I have quite a lot of stuff.

Ideally, the closer to the beach the house is, the better!

For work i am currently working on drill rigs creating water bores for farmers and agriculture however, when I get back to Coffs my plan is to drive heavy plant on a civil construction site and/or driving delivery trucks.

I have a HR truck license amongst other heavy machinery tickets and lots of experience so work won't be a problem I would imagine.

Eventually the plan is to buy a small excavator and go back into business for myself.

I have some good savings and am happy to pay 2 months rent in advance should this create a stronger sense of rental security.

I live a fairly clean life style so I wouldn't want to move into any place that has consistent heavy drinking and partying but, I am happy to join in the occasional social gathering/dinner drinks.

I consider myself very respectful and considerate, and would like to find myself sharing a living space with someone on the same level.

I am an amazing cook and am happy to either dine alone or share a meal here and there.

They're are many other facets to me that you'll get to know with time.
