Hello my name is Helen. My partner Mitch and I are looking for our own space to live long term, we are currently renting a room in Avenell Heights for $390pw and have secure employment. Hework as a courier driver and myself is a Residential Youth Worker. We take good care of our space and respect and treat it as if it were our own, I can provide a reference from our current landlord who can attest to that. We prioritise rent/bills before personal wants as having a roof over our head and financial security is important to us. Employment references can be provided as well as character references if needed.
