Hi I'm Jo Jo, I hail from FNQ Cairns I'm self employed running 3 microbusinesses and honestly need to escape the heat and humidity during our most intense hot months of the year.

I've been an Educator within the schools and or childcare environments for over 25yrs, I have a very caring nature and enjoy being around family and in nature surrounded by likeminded individuals. With so many changes in my life recently, last child going to uni, no one to look after, end of a relationship, mum in a nursing home. I've decided it's high time I lived my life in a more relaxed, like minded environment to enjoy the things I've always wanted to experience.

Merimbula is my calling ground and I would love nothing more than to experience the local community, learning new skills and volunteering as a wildlife rescuer with WIRES in Bega and surrounds. While I'm volunteering I need to find a family that has a spare room, gives you a boost with budget and I get to live a life part time in NSW when visiting. I intend to spend time with family in Sydney then explore The Sapphire Coast, Bega Valley Shire and it's surrounds between December 2026 and February 2027.

Surely there's a wonderful family that may want some help around the home with childcare, home duties, or anything that would contribute towards a more enjoyable experience in Merimbula. I'm mature, friendly, an intellectual lady frequently visiting the area of Merimbula and surrounds yearly as of just recently discovering it's beauty. This is a about me changing direction in career pathways and self care. If you can assist with a safe space while I'm on this journey I would be very grateful 😀

I'm very independent and do like my space to reflect on life and what I want to experience. Non smoker, social drinker, happy go lucky outlook, I love to help where I can. Willl have my own transport to get around during the 2mth stint. Cheers Jo Jo (Jo-Ann)
