Adam and Emma

Hi, we’re Adam and Emma, a reliable and easygoing couple currently looking for a room or share rental.

We both take a lot of pride in keeping our living space clean and well-maintained. Emma runs her own cleaning business, so cleanliness is second nature to us, and Adam runs a yard maintenance and handyman business, meaning we’re also very handy around the house and happy to help with small jobs if needed.

We both work, and to ensure stability during any slower work periods, we also have Centrelink support—so rent is always paid on time without issue. We’re quiet, respectful, non-smokers, and have no pets.

We’re ideally looking for something for 6–18 months but are open to anything available at the moment. Our combined budget is up to $800 per week.

We’re easy to get along with, responsible, and will treat your home with care and respect. Happy to answer any questions 🙂
