Hi, I'm a student desperately searching for a 2-bedroom house near USQ. My friend and I are in a really difficult situation. We were given the okay to take over a lease, but now we're being asked to move out by Feb 17 because of renovations, and we haven't even signed a new lease yet. With school starting on Feb 16, and both of us working and studying here in Toowoomba, we're really stuck. Our families are far away, and we urgently need an affordable place to rent.
