My name is Kirra. I’m a 28 year old female currently looking for a third person to rent a property with.

Currently myself and Andrea (27 year old female) are looking to rent a property for an all female share house in the Western suburbs such as West Lakes, Grange, Seaton or Woodville.

I work in banking full time and like to keep to myself. I am quiet, clean and respectful. I enjoy getting outside in the sun when I can or even down the beach and have lived on the west side for the past 5 years. I love to cook and am a bit of a homebody. I have no pets or children. I don’t smoke.

Andrea current works part time and has just finished studying.

We are looking for a girl who would be happy in a share house. The house will be fully furnished.
Your maximum rent will be $250 per week excluding bills.
You will have to share a bathroom.
