I’m a full time shift worker starting a job in Inverell around the start of April. I'm looking for a possible team up with some who will be in the area for at least 6 months, and has an approximate budget of $250-$350/week.

In a housemate I value someone who is tidy and will clean up after themselves, especially if there is a shared bathroom, and someone who enjoys company but who can also respect each others space after a long working day.
