I’m looking for a studio or a shared place within 20 minutes of my work in Flemington, NSW. I prefer a clean and quiet environment where I can focus on work and personal growth, so a space with like-minded housemates would be ideal. I usually keep to myself but don’t mind chats and hanging out. I’m pretty chill and laid-back but very firm on maintaining a clean and neat space.
My budget for studio is 320-350/week and a room in shared flat is 220-250/week
