Hi, I am Andrew,

I work full time at Gossy. I am looking for a relaxing place I can come home to and chill, that is within about 15 mins drive or 30 mins walk from work.

Prefer off street parking, if possible, but if the street is quiet on street is ok.

I don't make much noise; I do most of my noisy stuff with headphones on.

I spend a lot of my free time reading, watching Youtube/TV shows/movies anything that is streaming. I am also a PC Gamer. I need a fast internet connection, so if you don't have fast internet I will need to be able to set it up.

I need a fairly large room to place my adjustable standing desk.

I eat healthy and prepare/cook all my meals.

I like to live in a clean house and clean up after myself; I really like clean kitchen. Happy to do house cleaning on the weekend or put in my share for a cleaner if no one else wants to clean.

I consider myself friendly but also respect other people's personal space. Most of my friends are in Sydney, it's so far to be social with them on a regular basis, so I am hoping to make new friends on the central coast.

I do not drink or smoke. I prefer not to live in a place where people smoke inside.
