Hi. My name is courtney or 'coco'. I am 32 years old. I'm about to study allied health at tafe. I am very respectful, always pay bills on time, every time. Looking also for someone who's willing to apply for for some houses and 2 to 3 bedroom units with me around the $360-450 mark, l have been close to being accepted for a few places already with large rooms, nice layout, air-conditioning, lovely areas, updated kitchens but i really need a housemate to apply with so we have a better chance of securing a long term, comfortable rental.
