My partner and I have just secured the lease on the awesome townhouse in Mudjimba and we’re planning to move in on the 9th of December and rent one of the upstairs bedrooms with the own bathroom. We’re a pretty chilled couple in our mid-30s, both working professionals who like a clean place, getting out into nature, trying out different cuisines in the kitchen, and spending time at the gym. I work full-time in business development, and my partner splits her time between making handmade ceramics and working in disability support.

The townhouse was recently renovated, super chilled scandinavian vibe throughout. Downstairs you’ve got a spacious living area with the kitchen and a guest loo, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, all-in-one multi cooker, all the good stuff. The laundry is in the garage, and there’s a small backyard (planning to buy bbq asap).

Your room’s upstairs with your own bathroom and a separate toilet (not an ensuite, but literally right next to the room). The room has a ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe. Street parking only, and it’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the beautiful Mudjimba Beach.

The place isn’t suitable for pets due to the lease conditions, and it’s a bit too small for another couple. We’re hoping to find someone long-term, with a steady income, who keeps things tidy, is up for the occasional chat, and generally lives a pretty healthy lifestyle (non-smoker and drug-free).
