Been living with my current landlord for the past more than 2 years
Very considerate, reliable, and peaceful

Looking to step up to the next level by getting a team-up with 1 to 3 other people so that we can get a lease on a great place and still pay way less than the area average. I’ve done the maths and my target weekly rent is a house near Albury-Wodonga that’s $170 max each p/room. If we can get 4 of us in total, we’ll be able to lease a modern house together close to everything. (See pics above from some research)

That said, I’d like to make sure that we are a good match for each other and have a few similar values/interests prior to moving forward on a property. Could potentially move sooner if need be and everything aligned, but will be doing the right thing by my landlord so the more notice I give them the better.
