Hi future housie :)

I’m working on putting together a small group of future housemates (roughly 3 or 4) who have aligned wants in housemates and a share-house around the Albury/Wodonga/Wangaratta area.

Ideal housemates would be:
- reliable and sensible
- kind and warm
- considerate and clean
- ideally into nature/gardening etc and vegetarian-friendly (doesn’t have to be vegetarian)

Ideal house to lease would be:
- around $175 p/room
- new or in nice condition
- near the freeway or a central location

I’ve done some research and have found several places like this and at this price. And by teaming up from scratch with 3 or especially 4 people will be able to get a far better place than joining an existing share house and also cheaper. ($525 to spend on a 3bd or $700 to spend on a 4bd)
