Hey everybody

Hi everyone, my partner and I are looking for a room to rent around Mandurah, Lakelands or Halls Head. Budget is around $350–$400 a week including bills.

We can pay $500 bond and week by week with rent never missed

I work at - as a manager 25–30 hours a week and my partner does scaffolding and is currently waiting on jobs while getting scaffolding tickets.

We’re looking for something long term 6–12+ months as we’re sick of moving around. We’re a respectful and quiet couple who mostly keep to ourselves and stay in our room.

We only moved into our current place 2 weeks ago and now the landlord wants to sell so we’ve been asked to move again.
