Hi there! I’m a 36-year-old professional guy moving to the area for work. I work full-time, so I appreciate a home that’s a bit of a sanctuary. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me buried in a book or heading out for a long walk. I’m a big fan of the outdoors but also value my downtime to recharge.

For the past couple of years, I have been living in a rental house with longtime friends, as such, I understand the responsibilities of maintaining communal spaces. I am respectful of personal space and easy-going. I’m also a huge animal lover, so if you have pets, that’s a massive bonus for me!
