Hey! I'm Lucas (27M) and I've recently returned to the Albury-Wodonga region for a job opportunity and to be closer to friends and family. I'm looking for a room in a warm and sociable household that suits my lifestyle and habits.

With over 8 years of rental experience throughout Australia - including Wollongong, Albury-Wodonga, Byron Bay and Old Bar (Taree) - plus two years spent living abroad in London, I live a respectful, peaceful, and clean home life. I have experience leasing property directly from an agency, subletting in shared accommodation, and in residences with yards, in which I love taking charge of yard maintenance when needed.

I lead an active and outdoors-based lifestyle, including gyming, surfing, running, and playing soccer. When at home, I enjoy parking up with a good book, a nice glass of wine with a movie, or a weekend beer in the yard. I'm pretty sociable and love a chat, but also respect personal space and enjoy time spent alone recharging and relaxing. If you have pets of any description I'm already a big fan, and love helping out with raising duties however I can.

I work as a Town Planner full-time (Mon-Thurs) whilst studying a Masters in Urban Planning part-time (online). After work I usually hit the gym then come home to chill out, saving my weekends for hobbies, study and sometimes travel.

I'm available weekdays after 6pm or weekends any time to come check out a room - whichever suits you best.
