Hi! My name is Joshua I'm 22 and currently working at Bunnings full time/part time in landscape and green life. I’m looking for a place that’s more than just a room — somewhere I can feel at home, share the occasional chat or meal, and live with respectful, easygoing people .

I’m a clean and tidy housemate, always pay rent on time, and I respect shared spaces. I enjoy my downtime and I’m social, but also know when to give people their space and do take a lot of pride in having my own time to myself as well
