I've been living in Bellingen for year now, unfortunately my tenure at my current home has come to an end so I'm looking for a new spot to call home. I'm open to areas between Valla and Repton, Urunga and Gleniffer and all the areas in between.

I’m looking for shack or share house. If a shack then ideally it would be a bit private, and if a share house then with some like minded individuals to co-live with. I'm also open to the idea of starting a new share house with the right people.

About me, I'm a civil engineer working locally, I have a huge passion for music (listening, creating, mixing) and run an independent music label.

I'm generally quite reserved but love to socialise and meet new people. When not making music I spend time outdoors, hiking, surfing, building furniture, yoga, meditation, all the good stuff. I love cooking and sharing meals with others.

I’m open to a trade arrangement i.e. gardening or land care in exchange for reduced rent, it feels good to take care of the space around me, though this is not essential.

Budget is between $200 - $250. (may be willing to go higher considering the market but lets see...)
