Hey there!
Im Sam, Im 31 years old and fairly new to the sunny coast. I have a good rental history and references Im happy to provide.
Im easy going, always happy to have a chat and socialise and also know when to respect people's space.
I like to keep my space clean and tidy and I dont mind being abit of a handyman around the place, more than happy to help with anything needing to be done.
I love animals, trying new foods and a quiet beer or two. Im usually out and about doing something outdoors in my spare time.
Im working fulltime, (FIFO) usually doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Occasionally do 3 weeks on 1 week off, So I would hardly be home.
Hoping to find someone who might have accommodation that I could stay at just for a week maybe 2 every month.
I feel im just wasting money renting the room im currently in, paying for somewhere im not even at half of the time and that there is someone else who could benefit more moving into it rather it be empty most the time.
I wouldn't leave anything at your property when Im away working ect (I dont have much belongings anyway and I have somewhere i can store things if I need)
