Melody

Hi, I’m Melody — a local Mackay business owner, responsible, tidy, and very low-key. I’m looking for medium-term accommodation (around 6–12 months) while I finalise a property settlement, before moving on to buy my own place.

It would be for myself, my 10-year-old daughter (with me 7/7), and our well-behaved, energetic Kelpie. We’re routine-based and live a pretty low-key lifestyle. My daughter is settled, well-mannered, and not disruptive. We like to get out of the house as much as possible and go on beach walks and adventures with our doggo in tow, who mostly comes with us anywhere we can take her.

I value a peaceful home, clear communication, privacy, and mutual respect. I’m not into drama, parties, or chaos — just a clean, stable place to live while I get through this transition. I also own all furnishings needed for a room, so having to provide my own is not a problem at all.

I’m financially reliable, can provide references, and happy to have a chat or meet to see if it’s a good fit for both of us.
