Hi, my name’s Peter.

I’m a mature, professional male working full-time as a Defence Contractor, and I’m potentially commencing a new role with the Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) around 24 November 2025.

I’m seeking modern, fully furnished accommodation within the MLHD region — with Wagga Wagga as my first preference. However, I can also work from Griffith or Young (NSW) if suitable accommodation is available. Ideally, I’m looking for a private one-bedroom space or a large room with a desk. An ensuite would be a bonus, though I’m happy to share a bathroom if needed.

I’m looking for an initial stay of 6–18 months, depending on work requirements. While primarily based in Wagga Wagga, my role also involves periodic travel to Griffith, Young, and associated medical centres across the region. I’ll also return to Sydney approximately every four weeks for a few days.

I’m quiet, clean, respectful, reliable, easy-going, and open-minded. I enjoy good conversation but also appreciate quiet time and personal space. Outside of work, I like walking, sightseeing, attending local events, and keeping active through the gym or swimming.

I’m considerate of others’ routines and always mindful of shared spaces and work-life balance.

I can provide references and proof of employment if required and am happy to complete any landlord or tenancy approval forms.
