I will be in Wagga Wagga on the 5th and 6th of January for rental and share accommodation inspections.

I am a professional NSW Health employee relocating to Wagga Wagga or Young. I am quiet, clean, respectful, and easy going. I enjoy a friendly chat but also value privacy and personal space. I lead a settled lifestyle and am considerate of shared living arrangements.

Accommodation sought:
• Modern, fully furnished accommodation with air conditioning
• Preferably a private one-bedroom setup with a queen bed, desk, wardrobe, and own bathroom, flexible
• Seeking a 12 to 24 month arrangement, with flexibility on an earlier move-in date to secure the right place
