Respectful, reliable and easy going with a good sense of humour. I range from day time busy bee with working on creative projects to gaming night owl depending on what is going on in my life but always mindful of keeping my noise down for others. I clean up after myself, respect shared spaces and beleive good communication makes the house feel like a home (not just a roof with wifi)

I've got a soft spot for animals, from dog sitting for friends and family to sharing my space with a charming little quaker parrot. He's got a big personality in a small feathery package and not even a year old, but im very proactive with keeping things clean, safe and peaceful. I take his care seriously - he's part of the household, not the chaos

I keep to myself but down for a chat and a good laugh when the vibe is right. I value personal space, mutual respect and keeping the living enviroment calm and welcoming. Whether it's co-existing smoothly or tag-teaming chores, I'm a team player so once i know the routine ill do my part

Im currently renting with a close friend who is starting renovations on his house in the near future, when we moved into this house i had all the house supplies like kitchenware, washing machine, chest freezer dishwasher etc.

So i will be bringing my things with me and will need a fair amount of space to either set up or store it, I am open to looking for others who need a place and getting a team up application done for our own rental so feel free to hit me up
