Hi there,

My name is April, I’m 18 years old and currently looking for a place to call home.

I work two casual jobs, so I keep myself busy and make sure my responsibilities are covered. Alongside that, I receive additional supported income through The Next Step Plus program, which is a transition support agency that assists young people moving into independent living. This means I have consistent financial backing as well as my own income.

I’d describe myself as respectful, honest and pretty easygoing. I’m clean, mindful of shared spaces, and I understand the importance of paying rent on time and communicating properly.

I do want to be upfront and honest — I am a smoker. I also occasionally smoke weed for back pain and anxiety. That said, I am very respectful about it and always follow house rules. If that’s not something you’re comfortable with, I completely understand.

I’m really just looking for a stable, comfortable place where everyone respects each other.
