hi everyone! i’m looking for a room to rent around the end of August or september!

i’m currently studying and would love a space of my own as i’ve been staying with my mum to help her out for the past year.

i’m clean, tidy, respectful and love to have chat and cuppa.

my budget is $225 per week, possibly $250 if the room is a great fit.

i am a smoker but i only smoke outside.

I dont have any pets so you dont have to worry about that, im just looking for a chill environment to call home ☺️
