Hi, I’m a 36-year-old guy working full-time, and I’m looking for a long-term place in the Orange area. I enjoy walking my dog, going 4WDing, and keeping things pretty low-key at home.

I’m a light social smoker/vaper, but I never smoke inside. I also have a service/assistance dog, Loken — he’s well trained, friendly, and occasionally a bit cheeky in a good way. No realtor can deny him from an address as he is a registered service animal.

My current home is clean, tidy, and quiet. I’m fairly introverted, easy-going, and respectful of shared spaces. Just looking to move closer to work so I can spend more time doing the things I love.
I’m willing to team up with someone to get a place as I have good references and rental history
