I'm Rhiannon (I prefer Rhi) I'm a 36-year-old woman i love reading, movies, spending time with family and friends,and cooking. Im Tim I'm 35 love people life chilling with friends out of work at the moment but it's easy to find work concreting so it won't be long till I'm working again do have some money away for a rainy day so rent isn't a worry at all I'm quiet clean but if a handy man no pets non smoker we had a property together no official lease and the owner has resided he wants to renovate and gut the place so we are out on our rear ends we are needing asap like yesterday asap bond and rent in advance won't be a issue
