Kaos

I'm a 53-year-old retired man on benefits who prefers living in a self contained accommodation as I have own furniture. I'm a non-smoker, LGBTQIA+ (transmasc) so need like minded/friendly landlord/room mates, and have pets, a cat and medium size dog, but no kids. I need ground floor accommodation as stairs etc are troublesome for me physically. My interests include walking in nature, photography, the paranormal and abandoned places, cooking, gardening, writing, reading, music, and watching my favorite movies. My house vibes are clean, honest, open-minded, non-judgemental, respectful, I'm very introverted but once I get to know you, I can be sociable, and I love to just chill with my furbabies. I'm self-reliant. I've a car also (2006 Ford Zetec hatch) but am in process of getting new transmission for it so need a place to park it.
I am looking at paying up to no more than $250 pw am needing a long term lease for the appropriate accommodation.
