Hey, I'm Callum. I'm 28 and work full-time as a carpenter. I'm looking to find a place in Coolangatta and would be keen to team up with the right person or people to secure a rental together. I'm happy to actively help with the search process, including contacting real estate agents, attending inspections, and getting applications submitted quickly.

I'm easy-going, clean, respectful of shared spaces, and generally keep pretty busy with work, the gym, and surfing. My budget is up to $400 per week.

Ideally, I'd like to live with someone who has similar qualities—clean, respectful, reliable, and easy-going. Male or female doesn't matter. We don't need to be best mates, but it'd be great to live with someone I get along with and can have the occasional chat or hang out with. Overall, I'm just looking for a comfortable, drama-free place where everyone respects each other's space and gets along.

My current lease finishes on 27 July, so I'd love to get something locked in before then and get the ball rolling as soon as possible.
