Hi I'm a retired single, clean living, happy fun loving bloke working part time and easy to live with. Previously a successful businessman, agronomist, winery owner, UniSA student & project manager and a farmer. Friends of over 60 years live locally. Great references from landlords who are now friends. I am having to move from my rented home in Encounter Bay as my landlord and family want to use the house for themselves. My flexible lease expires Oct 6 but i have until end Nov to move out. I am keen to share now male or female friends and enjoy some good company. I enjoy cooking, food and wine, music, laughter, humour and value my friends. I cook, cleanup and enjoy my own space and sharing.
