I'm extremely easy going, quiet and drama free. I appreciate personal space, respect, honesty and peace.

I have a cat.....he's desexed, registered, microchipped house trained and gets along with everybody.

I don't party or drink and would be home 70% of the time and work casual carrying out garden and maintenance jobs for Absolute Property Maintenance Solutions.

I have acute Rheumatoid Arthritis accompanied by chronic pain.......not great for me but it does make me a safe housemate!

I dont complain, I always pay on time and stand by 'communication is key'
