Worked in mining the last six years and still in the same work.
Well house trained and don't mind doing my share of cleaning properly with a smile, and don't need be asked ever. Received a very big thankyou for leaving my last rental property of three years exceptionally clean and happy to provide the email, along with any references.
Depending on my roster I'm usually only around half the time, and I like to relax on days off, or spend time with my now mature sons. I'm up for a bbq or a kitchen cook up any time. I don't go out and party often, if at all, unless my son's drag me out. My current roster is four days on and three off, 4/3. Always like to be three weeks to four weeks in front with rent and promptly on time with all my commitments. I'm approachable about anything and prefer people be up front, I don't do drama, good vibes only. Accepting of all with good energy, and I like being me :) so please you be you. Father of two sons, a daughter in Sydney with my granddaughter, and nothing in the world is more amazing to me. Id like a covered car park if possible, as I only own a car and it's all I wish to own, and I enjoy my drives. If you get this much talk out of me on my days off, you are doing exceptionally well lol.
