You will never have to worry about loud noises or parties, as I do not have guests to stay overnight.

Furthermore, I am a huge animal lover and have significant experience living with both cats and dogs. I find their presence very comforting. If the property is pet-friendly, I would be absolutely delighted. However, because of the visa type，I won't consider raising pet.
