Hi folks!
I'm making the move to the Blue Mountains area from Canada for my 1 year work visa. I have settled on Katoomba as my preferred living and working destination, although I am open to surrounding towns. I'll be working landscaping and/or track-building for the parks in NSW. I have put 3 months on my description, but I am unsure how the summer is going to go there - if the climate is bearable, and I'm enjoying my time, I'm open to staying until March or April.
I live in a town of around 20,000 in Canada. I have a garden here, and currently work in landscaping - in the past I've worked for the provincial parks system.
I bike, rock climb, and am involved in the music community in my town here.
I am looking to live in a household that's relaxed but clean and organized. I am most active at night on my computer, in the kitchen, etc. But I am very respectful of others sleep schedules.
I like having friends over, and having dinners and, *occasionally small parties, but only if this is something everyone in the house wants and is ok with!*
Regardless, I am social, and enjoy having good conversations and friendships with my roommates.
