I’m the owner of a farm located between Benalla and Wangaratta that I’ve renovated and now have it listed for sale. Having owned many properties I have not rented very often. I keep a high standard of living in the home taking great pride in my surrounds, organisation and cleanliness of a home. I have enjoyed house sharing in between property ownership. Currently I’m dividing my time between my property and Wodonga.I’m renting a room in a lovely home and at times have looked after her home and her dogs.

My little non-shedding cavoodle Sophie adores other dogs as well as people.She's very friendly and well trained.Sleeps in the laundry in her bed and is very socialised.She's a wonderful companion to me and no trouble to others.

I’ve changed careers recently which necessitates me locating to Albury. My new employment started last November; working for the NSW Government in the transport division in Albury.I'm thriving in this new field.

I’ve enjoyed a professional career in various roles such as Administration Manager and Executive Assistant and Principal’s Secretary in both the private and Catholic sectors. Then returning to study and becoming a Non-Emergency Patient Transport Officer another rewarding experience.

I’m world travelled. Am an avid cyclist and serious bush walker having enjoyed so many multi day hikes around the world. I grow most of my vegetables and have lots of fruit trees also and avocado trees on my property. I will miss these when it sells. I love cooking very much.

I’ve got a friendly approach to people and a kindness within my manner. I’m very able to be truly respectful of your property and would appreciate being considered as a tenant.
