Silvana and Maurice

Hi everyone,

My name is Silvana (28) and my partner Maurice (30) and I are looking for a new place to live. We’re originally from Germany and have been living in Emerald Beach for the past eight months. Unfortunately, the house we’re renting is being sold, so we now need to find a new home.

We both work full-time at OzGroup in Coffs Harbour. We are quiet, tidy, and very reliable tenants. We can provide rental references from our current landlord as well as from a previous rental in Brisbane to show that we’re responsible tenants.

We’d love to find a nice place to move into soon and would be happy to hear from you if you have something available.
