I am interested in a permanent rental solution and are looking for an apartment or small house for myself. I am interested in something that is not in perfect condition for fear of keeping it in perfect condition. I am polite and responsible and would be committed to keeping the property clean and organized. I am not desperate or in a rush and are interested in a mutually positive relationship. I do not have referees which is why I am using this website. I do not have a car so would need to be walking distance to shopping also would not be interested if there are issues like pests asbestos or leaking taps or anything like that.
