I’m a student at the University of Newcastle (ourimbah campus), originally from Canberra. I’m looking for a studio — no sharing — ideally close to my campus / workplace so I can cut down on commute time.
I’m tidy, organised, and respectful (I believe a clean, calm space makes a happy home). I’m reliable with rent and bills, and I enjoy being friendly with housemates while also respecting privacy and quiet. If you ever want to catch a movie, chat over dinner, or just relax, I’m up for that — but I also value my quiet time.
