Hi potential house mates. My current home in West Albury is going on the market in the new year so I'm getting in early to see what's out there.

I'm Jamie. I'm 63yo, recently divorced, semi-retired male. I don't drink alcohol, smoke/vape or entertain. I'm an introvert who is respectful of others and keep mostly to myself. No kids or pets.

I'm looking to find a secure, safe, quiet, peaceful location in the Albury, Springdale Heights or Thurgoona area, but open to other locations nearby, where I can relax and unwind.

I am looking for a furnished queen size room, studio or granny flat, with off-street parking. Long term for the right spot. $200 - $350 budget.
