Hi, I'm Kaz and am looking for a Room (or Granny Flat) in the Eastern burbs, preferably sharing with 1 other female.

I'm a young-spirited creative 48+ yr old who loves op shopping, art, markets, and exploring new places. I've just relocated to Adelaide, & starting full time work mid January. I'm reliable, clean and tidy, a non-smoker, and have great rental history and references. Would love a friendly, chilled home in a nice safe preferably quiet neighbourhood in the Eastern suburbs, with easy bus commute to city. I have a car, so off-street parking would be ideal but not a deal-breaker. Am looking for 3 - 6 month stay, possibly longer. Look forward to chatting soon. thanks
