Hi, I'm Kaz and am looking for a Private Room (or Granny Flat).

I'm a young-spirited creative 50+ yr old who loves op shopping, art, & markets. I've just moved back to the area permanently, have a small online business, and also looking to work part-time.
I'm reliable, clean and tidy, non-smoker, with a great rental history.
Would love a friendly, chilled home in a nice safe (preferably quiet) neighbourhood.
I have a car, so off-street parking would be ideal but not a deal-breaker. Looking for 3 to 6 month stay, or longer.
