Hi, I'm Kaz and I'm looking for a room (preferring to share a home with 1 other female) or even a Granny Flat.
I'm a young spirited 45+ yr old who loves op shopping, art, markets, and exploring new places. Also am a bit creative, and a non-smoker. I work in Admin and am relocating to Adelaide around 12 November. I'm reliable, quiet, tidy, and have great rental history & references. I will be working full time, so my weeknights are pretty quiet and relaxed. I love cats, so if you have one, they'll be spoiled totally! Would love a friendly, chilled, tidy home in a nice safe preferably quiet neighbourhood in Eastern suburbs with easy bus commute to city. I have a car too, so off street parking would be great.
