Hi, I'm Kaz and am looking for a Room (or Granny Flat) in the Eastern burbs, preferably sharing with 1 other female.

I'm a young-spirited creative 48+ yr old who loves op shopping, art, markets, and exploring new places. Love cats, so if you have one it'll be totally spoilt! I've just relocated to Adelaide, am self financed but will be working part-time/full time. I'm reliable, clean and tidy, and have great rental history and references. Would love a friendly, chilled home in a nice safe preferably quiet neighbourhood in the Eastern suburbs, with easy bus commute to city. I have a car, so off street parking would be great.
