Hi, I'm Kaz and am looking for a Room (or Granny Flat) preferably sharing with 1 other female.

I'm a young-spirited creative 48+ yr old who loves op shopping, art, markets, the ocean and exploring new places. I have a small online business, and also looking to work part-time.
I'm reliable, clean and tidy, a non-smoker, and have great rental history and references.
Would love a friendly, chilled home in a nice safe (preferably quiet) neighbourhood. I have a car, so off-street parking would be ideal but not a deal-breaker. Looking for 3 to 6 month stay.
