TING LI and Ching

We are two working holiday girls and a couple, and we are looking for a place to rent in Mount Barker or Murray Bridge.

Our budget is around $300–$400 per week, and we’re flexible depending on the place.

We are hoping to move in from 15 February (2/15).
We plan to stay for at least 3 months, and possibly longer (long-term if suitable).

We are responsible, independent, and have stable income from our jobs.
We are clean, tidy, and respectful, and always keep our living space organised.

We are easy-going and considerate housemates. We’re happy to take turns cleaning shared areas and always clean up after ourselves.
We value harmony and mutual respect, and prefer to communicate calmly.

We are looking for a comfortable and stable place to stay, preferably furnished, and we will always pay the rent on time.
