I'm a tidy flatemate who is handy around the house and in the kitchen.

I have no animals of my own, but am happy to make friends with yours if you have any in the home.

I am currently not working due to some personal health reasons, but am looking to return to casual/partime work in the next 3-6 months. My background is in construction, I'm a qualified Carpenter.

My last permanent residence was with my beloved mum, who passed away from terminal cancer. This has created the need to find a property/accommodation of my own.

I have a 12 year old daughter whom lives with her mum at the Northern End of the Central Coast.

I also have a partner. She lives separately to me with her children. I would appreciate a living environment where she is welcome to stay with me overnight on occassion (no more than 3 nights throughout the week, as she has her own home).

I've been an official Coastie since 2008 (and grew up visiting the area every holidays as a child). I enjoy the outdoors, occassional flick of the rod (though I hate seafood), our local beaches and walking tracks.

I don't drink. I sometimes smoke and usually vape.
