Hi there, I’m 54 and enjoy a calm, balanced lifestyle. I’m an early-to-bed, early-to-rise person who values peace, respect, and harmony in the home.

I don’t drink, smoke, or vape, and I really appreciate a clean and relaxed living environment. My work can be quite full-on and tends to deplete my social battery, so I love peaceful evenings where I can unwind and recharge.

I recently sold my family home in Buderim now that my adult children have set up their own places, and I’m currently renting in Mountain Creek on the Sunshine Coast while looking for the right place to downsize.

I work full-time in a management role and am usually out of the house Monday to Friday from around 7:30 am to 5 pm. Sundays are often spent visiting friends and family back on the Sunny Coast, so I’m generally out most of that day as well.

I’m friendly, tidy, and considerate, and I really value a home that feels welcoming, comfortable, and respectful for everyone. I’m flexible with the length of lease, starting from three months.
