I'm a 38-year-old guy who works full time and enjoys running, surfing, and reading in my spare time. I don't smoke or have kids but come with a corgi :) My ideal house has a clean and organized vibe that helps me relax after a busy day. I have plenty of furniture and kitchenware to contribute but otherwise will be putting in storage. Looking for shared rental properties on the Gold Coast - ideally between Currumbin and Coolongatta.

In terms of rental applications - I have a full time job (flexible to work from the GC) and rental history. Currently a leaseholder in Moreton Bay for the last 15 months.
