Hi, my name is Joanna and am moving to coffs harbour for work. Looking for a place to rent near Coffs harbour health campus. I am ISFJ, hoping to become more E. I speak Chinese and English. Tidy in public area, I don't smoke, bearly drinks. Looking for shared house or apartment with single room. Or we becomes friends and look for houses together. I am hoping for long friendship and am a very nice and easy going person, can enjoy beach life during weekends or when not working. The only requirement I have with housemates are non-smoking indoors, quiet during nightimes, paying bill on time, taking turns to clean shared areas (bathroom, living, kitchen), no pets. If we are moving in at similar time, happy to share the cost of fridge/kitchen things, furnitures. My budget is flexible. Currently living in sydney, moving in May.
